JDE CnC Consultant – ERP Implementation & Support

About the role

Infosys is looking for a JDE CnC Consultant to join its consulting team. You will work on JDE CnC implementation and support projects for global clients, helping to define problems, estimate effort, design solutions and deploy them across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all project phases: problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts, create requirement specifications and define to‑be processes.
• Configure JDE solutions, troubleshoot CNC issues, and manage package build, deployment, ESU/ASU installations and configuration management.
• Integrate third‑party tools with JDE and support database activities related to JDE.
• Collaborate with international teams and contribute to unit‑level initiatives that add value for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in JDE CnC implementation and support.
• Good operational knowledge of JDE releases (XE, 8.0, 8.11 SP1, 8.12, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2).
• Experience working on complex, international projects with a global team.

Required skills

• JDE CnC (CNC) implementation and troubleshooting.
• Database expertise: SQL, DB2, Oracle.
• Interoperability and business services knowledge.
• Package build, deployment, ESU/ASU installation, configuration management.
• Platform experience: AIX, AS400, Linux, Windows.
• Third‑party tool integration with JDE.
