Java + DSA Trainer (On-site, Bhopal)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer to join our on‑site team in Bhopal. You will guide students from beginner level to interview‑ready candidates, turning complex concepts into practical coding skills.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Core Java and DSA topics such as arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, and dynamic programming.
• Design engaging lessons that simplify difficult concepts and build strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Prepare students for technical interviews by conducting mock interviews, coding challenges, and placement preparation sessions.
• Convert theoretical concepts into real‑world coding problems and projects.
• Mentor learners throughout their journey, ensuring they progress from basics to interview readiness.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of professional experience with strong expertise in Core Java and DSA.
• Solid understanding of OOP, Java Collections, and algorithmic problem solving.
• Comfortable solving and explaining coding problems live.
• Familiarity with platforms like LeetCode, CodeChef, and HackerRank.
• Fluent in both Hindi and English.
• Enthusiastic about nurturing the next generation of tech talent.
