Java Developer – Spring Boot & Microservices

About the role

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our development team and build robust, scalable backend solutions. The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining Java‑based applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Java applications with Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and estimation.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and drive technical improvements.
• Ensure application performance, scalability and security.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in Java application development.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Java 8/11/17.
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
• Microservices architecture and REST API development.
• SQL and experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle.
• Hibernate/JPA.
• Git, Maven and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
