IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to own and operate the core IT infrastructure for Nisje Limited and its associated brands. The role combines hands‑on device management, email services administration, and day‑to‑day support in a fast‑moving, design‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, iPhones, iPads and workstations in a Mac‑first environment.
• Perform regular health checks, security updates and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors for escalated issues and manage device lifecycle decisions.
• Administer company‑wide email systems across multiple domains, handling onboarding/off‑boarding, mailbox configuration, aliases and access controls.
• Monitor email delivery, synchronization, authentication and security protocols such as SPF, DKIM and MFA.
• Ensure software compliance by installing, updating and managing applications according to operational needs.

Required profile

• Strong service‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.
