About the role

The successful candidate will join the Global IT Systems Support Team, providing day‑to‑day support for a wide range of infrastructure services across the Virtusa Enterprise IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services.
• Provision and maintain cloud IaaS platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Support messaging and collaboration tools including Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Lync and Skype for Business.
• Operate Mobile Device Management solutions like Microsoft Intune.
• Administer server virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and Microsoft SCCM.
• Use ITSM tools (ServiceNow or BMC Remedy) to log and resolve incidents.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell or Linux shell scripts and apply DevOps practices.
• Maintain enterprise anti‑virus solutions and produce technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with server operating systems, AD/DNS/DHCP and cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shift patterns.
