IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our Bangalore office. The role involves delivering first‑line technical assistance, maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth daily operations for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and operating system issues and provide first‑level support.
• Configure email accounts, user access permissions and manage Active Directory.
• Maintain LAN, Wi‑Fi and basic network connectivity.
• Deploy software updates, antivirus solutions and security patches.
• Monitor IT assets, keep inventory records and produce service reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and networking.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to end‑users.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environment.
