IT Support Associate

About the role

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate to provide first‑level technical assistance to the operations team within a Fulfillment Center. You will act as a bridge between the IT department and internal customers, helping resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform network engineering, troubleshooting, and data cabling tasks.
• Manage and maintain hardware such as Zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
• Provide systems administration across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Administer telecom/PBX systems and conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring problems.
• Mentor Technical Support Technicians and assist with daily departmental activities.
• Support project management initiatives related to IT infrastructure.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them in a fast‑paced environment.
