IT Support Associate II

About the role

Amazon OTS IT is seeking self‑motivated individuals to join the Operations Tech team as IT Support Associate II. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues across multiple fulfillment sites, providing 24x7 support and ensuring smooth operation of critical IT equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment throughout fulfillment sites, including PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, printers, scanners, and other end‑user devices.
• Manage RMA and repair processes for devices under warranty.
• Support senior engineers on daily projects and initiatives.
• Work on a rotating shift schedule (day/night) and travel to multiple buildings within the region.
• Adhere to all safety procedures while performing technical work.
• Report directly to the IT manager for the fulfillment sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of corporate‑setting support experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience maintaining Zebra thermal printers and troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
• Willingness to work hard, have fun, and contribute to a high‑tempo, customer‑focused environment.
