About the role

Litmus is seeking a proactive, hands‑on IT Specialist to manage and support its corporate IT environment from the Pune office. The role ensures secure, reliable operations across both cloud and on‑premises systems while delivering high‑quality end‑user support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor cloud and on‑premises infrastructure to guarantee uptime and performance.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, and access provisioning.
• Implement and enforce security standards and compliance policies across all IT assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve IT processes and support the company’s rapid growth.

Required profile

• Proactive and hands‑on attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience managing corporate IT environments, including both cloud and on‑premises platforms.
• Ability to deliver exceptional end‑user support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
