IT Service Desk Analyst – Remote (India)

About the role

Alphanumeric Systems is seeking a full‑time IT Service Desk Analyst to provide polite, professional support to external customers from a remote location in India. You will be the single point of contact for incidents, handling calls from receipt through resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, document, and track all incoming customer calls using the Service Management tool.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues quickly, escalating when necessary.
• Provide detailed documentation of resolution steps and update the knowledge base.
• Unlock and reset passwords, and support clients via remote access tools.

Required profile

• Computer Science or related degree with at least 1 year of IT support experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• A+ certification or equivalent experience with a recognized tech support organization.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills and strong problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OKTA.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• High proficiency in Microsoft O365.
