IT Sales Executive

About the role

Are you passionate about technology, sales, and building strong client relationships? DR. DESIGN PVT. LTD. is looking for a motivated and target‑oriented IT Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable IT solutions and services.
• Develop a strong understanding of our IT products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
• Manage leads, conduct regular follow‑ups, prepare quotations/proposals, and support the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, follow‑ups, and sales activities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT products and services.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and proactive approach.
• Good follow‑up and relationship‑building skills.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in IT Sales or B2B Sales preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
