IT Operations Specialist – L2 VDI

About the role

We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist (L2) focused on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to support and enhance our customer’s application portfolio. You will join an international, agile team, collaborating closely with business units and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform root‑cause analysis for critical incidents and conduct trend analysis.
• Provide L2/L3 support for VDI platforms (VMware, Horizon, Citrix) and related tools.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and knowledge using ServiceNow.
• Prepare and deliver reports following Airbus templates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with ITIL and Agile/SAFe processes.
• Support business process analysis and documentation for Airbus PLM applications.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate with 3‑5 years of overall IT experience.
• 2‑4 years of VDI troubleshooting (VMware, Horizon, Citrix).
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on IT Operations, incident/problem/change management.
• 2‑4 years of business process analysis and 1‑2 years of subcontractor management.
• ITIL certification and familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
