IT Operation Specialist

About the role

The IT Operation Specialist will act as the primary consultant for internal teams, guiding the design, deployment and management of applications on Bosch’s cloud‑native infrastructure. You will ensure that new solutions meet security, stability and performance standards while supporting ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to business and IT partners on application setup in line with Bosch standards and central directives.
• Design and plan IT infrastructure for new applications, focusing on security, reliability and scalability.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of applications, from initial planning through go‑live and post‑deployment support.
• Deliver high‑quality IT services, continuously seeking improvements and automation opportunities.
• Participate in project planning, on‑call support for critical incidents, and travel to customer sites when required.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in Linux/Windows server administration and modern application platforms.
• Strong technical foundation with a passion for helping internal customers.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
