IT Lead – Integration Solutions

About the role

The Integration Lead reports to the Head of Digital / IT Operations and is responsible for delivering enterprise integration projects. You will design, develop, and manage integration solutions on the Dell Boomi iPaaS platform while leveraging AWS Lambda, Java, and Node.js to connect cloud and on‑premise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
• Develop and manage APIs, connectors, and process flows.
• Implement data mapping, transformation, and orchestration workflows.
• Manage Boomi Atoms/Molecules to ensure high availability and performance.
• Build custom integrations with AWS Lambda functions using Java or Node.js.
• Configure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, certificates) for secure data exchange.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define integration strategies and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Integrate with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premise systems.
• Create technical documentation and provide post‑deployment support.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and DevOps practices for automated deployments.
• Contribute to agile delivery, size stories, and recommend new solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of integration development experience, including at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere and iPaaS architecture.
• Proven expertise in integration patterns, error handling, and data transformation.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Java, Node.js, and API development.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
