About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Coimbatore. You will play a pivotal role in connecting top IT talent with the right opportunities, ensuring a smooth hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end IT recruitment cycles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow‑up communications.
- Handle offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
