IT Administrator – On‑site (Vadodara)

About the role

Windowmaker Software is seeking an on‑site IT Administrator to join its Vadodara office. The role will ensure the stability, security and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting both local staff and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor and maintain servers, workstations and network devices.
• Provide timely technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Implement and maintain security measures, backups and patch management to ensure system integrity.
• Document procedures, maintain asset inventories and coordinate with vendors.
• Collaborate with global teams to sustain a stable and efficient IT environment.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of system and network administration.
• Hands‑on technical support and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good documentation, communication and collaboration skills.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSA are a plus.

• Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Office 365 management.
• OS installation, configuration, updates and user management.
• LAN/WAN design, routers, switches, firewalls and basic network security.
• Hardware, software and connectivity troubleshooting.
