IT Administrator

About the role

The IT Administrator at Disseqt AI will manage and maintain on‑site IT systems and infrastructure to support daily operations in the Bengaluru office. This full‑time position involves monitoring servers and workstations, managing user accounts and permissions, and ensuring reliable network connectivity and security.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers, workstations, LAN/WAN, VPN, and related network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for team members.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and identity‑access controls.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and contract management.
• Document configurations, procedures, and IT policies, and ensure compliance with secure AI development workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong documentation habits, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, AI‑focused environment.
• Experience with system and network administration in an enterprise setting.
