IT Administrator

About the role

Pivotree is seeking an IT Administrator to join its Corporate IT team in Mumbai. You will be the first point of contact for employees’ technology needs, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced, modern e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provision and configure equipment for new hires, including laptops, phones and access tools.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for personal technology such as laptops, cell phones and peripherals.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure including printers, networks, projectors and conference devices.
• Manage global IT tools used across the company, such as email, instant messaging and video‑conferencing services.
• Perform routine operational, maintenance and documentation tasks to keep systems reliable.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, highly organized and motivated to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a rapid, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with staff at all levels.

Required skills

• Hardware troubleshooting and support.
• Network configuration and basic networking concepts.
• Printer and peripheral maintenance.
• Experience with email, instant messaging and video‑conferencing tools.
