Inventory & Procurement Associate – E‑commerce

About the role

Join a fast‑moving e‑commerce operation that relies on precise inventory and procurement processes to deliver a seamless customer experience. As an Inventory & Procurement Associate you will be the backbone of stock management, supplier coordination and shipment tracking for a cross‑border retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records in Excel and Google Sheets, ensuring real‑time visibility of inventory levels.
• Follow up with international suppliers, monitor purchase orders and update supplier information.
• Track shipments from origin to warehouse, flagging any delays or discrepancies.
• Generate regular reports on stock movements, procurement status and fulfillment metrics.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other teams to resolve data gaps before they affect customers.
