About the role
We are seeking an experienced Stock Audit and Inventory Controller to join a dynamic operations team. In this mid‑level role you will maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits, and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records across all locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Reduce stock loss and strengthen overall inventory integrity.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in inventory control or stock management.
- Strong understanding of audit processes, stock reconciliation, and ERP or inventory management systems.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organised and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics or distribution is advantageous.
