Inventory Associate – Store & Stock Management

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Associate to oversee day‑to‑day store and inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records, timely system updates and smooth material movement.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and record incoming materials, creating GRN entries in the ERP system.
• Maintain physical and system stock records, conduct regular stock counts and audits (monthly, half‑yearly, annual).
• Manage material issuance, transfers, returns and outward movements with proper documentation.
• Reconcile discrepancies, report shortages, excesses, damages and monitor slow‑moving or ageing inventory.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Finance and Logistics teams to support material flow and documentation.
• Prepare and submit accurate inventory reports to management and finance.

Required profile

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA/BMS or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in inventory/store/warehouse operations, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances or manufacturing.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Good coordination and communication skills, comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with inventory/ERP systems.
