Inventory Analyst – Skincare Industry

About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Analyst in the skincare sector, based in Vasai, Mumbai. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring accurate inventory records to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
• Analyze inventory data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Generate reports and recommend adjustments to reorder points, safety stock, and replenishment strategies.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory while ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain detailed inventory records, including item descriptions, quantities, and locations.
• Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships, monitor performance, and manage purchase orders.
• Oversee inventory software updates, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot inventory‑related issues in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
