Inventor Modeler – Façade Design (Junior to Senior)

About the role

Enveetech BIM Solutions is expanding its Façade Design & BIM team in Kochi. The Inventor Modeler will create accurate 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings for façade systems such as curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D façade models using Autodesk Inventor.
• Prepare fabrication and installation drawings.
• Model aluminium and glazing systems (Stick‑CW, Semi‑UCW, UCW, cladding) and related components.
• Generate quantities, schedules, and material take‑offs from the models.
• Ensure models and drawings meet project specifications, design intent, and industry standards.
• Incorporate RFIs, design revisions, and project changes into models and drawings.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver coordinated, fabrication‑ready solutions.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural or related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience or knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of façade systems, components, and detailing is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
