About the role
We are seeking an International Voice Support Executive to join our Bangalore office. The role involves handling inbound calls from global customers, resolving their queries, and delivering a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound international calls and provide accurate information.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements.
- Participate in shift rotations, including night shifts, to ensure 24×7 coverage.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
- Immediate or short‑notice availability (up to 15 days).
