About the role
We are hiring candidates for the International Voice Process at Xeedo Technologies, Marathahalli, Bangalore. The selected candidates will handle international customers over calls, understand their requirements, provide appropriate assistance, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.
Required profile
- Experience: 0–4 years.
- Qualification: 12th, Diploma or any Graduate.
- Location: Bangalore.
- Work mode: Work from office.
- Shift: Night shift.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
