About the role
We are seeking fresh graduates to join our International Voice Process team handling banking customer interactions. The role involves providing excellent service via phone and email, educating customers about US banking products, and resolving queries in a professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone and email.
- Provide accurate information on banking products and policies.
- Enter and verify customer data in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality and risk management guidelines.
- Meet call‑center performance standards for quality, attendance, and schedule adherence.
Required profile
- High school diploma or graduation in any stream.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
- Willingness to learn banking products and procedures.
