About the role

We are looking for an International Voice Process Agent to provide high‑quality customer support for US banking services. The role involves handling inbound calls and online chat inquiries from customers around the world, delivering accurate information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer queries for US banking processes via voice and chat channels.
Provide accurate information on banking products, services, and address customer concerns.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Maintain professional, customer‑focused communication throughout each interaction.
Document customer interactions accurately and meet productivity, quality, and service targets.

Required profile

Fluent English communication – excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong listening, comprehension and problem‑solving abilities.
Professional customer‑handling skills and ability to manage difficult situations.
Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
