International Travel Consultant (Luxury Travel)

About the role

All 4 Season is seeking an International Travel Consultant to join its Ahmedabad office. You will design bespoke luxury travel packages, manage bookings, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Create customized itineraries covering flights, hotels, tours, and activities for international destinations.
• Handle accurate reservations for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and related services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and post‑travel follow‑up.
• Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and new products to advise clients effectively.
• Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, and other partners to secure competitive rates.
• Utilize travel operations software to streamline workflow and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain supplier relationships and record service costs for invoicing.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an International Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of international travel regulations and documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with current travel industry trends and best practices.
