International Sales Specialist – B2B Diamond Jewelry (UK/EU/UAE)

About the role

The International Sales Specialist will be based in Surat and will focus on expanding B2B sales of natural and lab‑grown diamond jewellery across the UK, Europe and the UAE. The role combines lead generation, client relationship management and order fulfilment to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage retailers and distributors in target international markets.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, email and messaging platforms, share quotations and close orders.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Conduct market research, prepare sales presentations and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Track sales metrics, report market trends and attend trade events as required.
• Collaborate with marketing to support promotional activities and prospect across global time zones.

Required profile

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong international B2B sales, business development and account management experience.
• Solid negotiation, contract management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation and sales forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Urdu) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, international trade or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work across time zones and travel internationally when needed.
