International Sales Representative – Diamond Jewelry (USA/UK Time Zone)

About the role

The International Sales Representative will be based in Surat and will focus on acquiring and managing B2B retailers and distributors for diamond jewelry (natural and lab‑grown) across the United Kingdom, Europe and the United Arab Emirates. Working primarily within the USA/UK time zones, the role combines outbound tele‑sales, email and WhatsApp outreach to generate leads, present quotations and close orders against monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage B2B retailers and distributors in target markets (UK, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, UAE).
• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails and WhatsApp, share quotes and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting.
• Conduct market research, prepare sales presentations and monitor market trends.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports and attend trade events as required.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in luxury goods, jewelry or related manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record in retail luxury goods and diamond jewellery sales within the UK, Europe or UAE.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Urdu) are a plus.
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones and travel internationally when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with online communication platforms (email, WhatsApp).
