International Outbound Executive

About the role

Copart is seeking energetic professionals to join its International Outbound team. You will engage prospective customers worldwide, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to support deal closures.
• Collect, validate, and manage all required paperwork for each deal.
• Update Salesforce CRM with accurate, timely information.
• Communicate lead updates to assigned agents and supervisors.
• Track customer interactions and follow‑up activities to ensure a positive experience.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics and sales objectives.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in international outbound calling, telesales, collections, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
