International Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an International Business Development professional to drive growth for our digital services portfolio through online freelance marketplaces. You will identify, engage and convert global clients for web development, mobile applications, custom software, design and digital marketing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business on Upwork, Freelancer and similar bidding platforms.
• Identify and qualify international opportunities for IT services.
• Prepare compelling proposals, submit bids and follow up with prospects.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate delivery.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with overseas clients.
• Meet monthly revenue and business development targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Business Development within an IT services company.
• Hands‑on experience using Upwork, Freelancer or comparable platforms.
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with web development, mobile app development and related technologies is a plus.
