International Business Development Executive (Full‑Cycle Sales)

About the role
We are seeking an International Business Development Executive to build and lead our outbound sales engine from the ground up. You will own the full sales cycle, targeting clients in the US and GCC markets, and work closely with the founder on complex deals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients across US and GCC markets.
- Build and manage outbound lead‑generation pipelines using email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls, pitch services and handle objections.
- Prepare and present proposals, close deals and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Set up and maintain CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) with accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Analyse performance data to refine outreach strategies.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of outbound B2B sales experience in agency, SaaS or tech consulting.
- Proven track record closing mid‑to‑high value deals (₹5 L+ or equivalent).
- Experience selling to international markets, preferably US, UK, UAE or GCC.
- Ability to build a pipeline independently and manage the full sales cycle end‑to‑end.
- Existing network in US or UAE markets is a plus.
Required skills
- HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
