International BPO Telesales Executive – Immediate Joiners

About the role

We are seeking an energetic International BPO Telesales Executive to join our Delhi NCR team immediately. The role focuses on US‑based sales and telemarketing activities, including first‑party and third‑party collection efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telesales calls targeting US customers.
• Manage collection processes for both first‑party and third‑party accounts.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high call quality.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve scripts and strategies.

Required profile

• Prior experience in US sales, telemarketing or BPO environments.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to join the team immediately.
• Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard telephony and CRM tools.
