International Assignment Consultant – Relocation Services

About the role

The International Assignment Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for global clients and their assignees, managing end‑to‑end relocation services from pre‑departure through assignment completion. Based in Bangalore, you will ensure high‑quality, client‑driven support for employees moving internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of international relocation, enforcing client mobility policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to assignees and their families.
• Manage vendors and service delivery, including household goods shipment, destination services, and expense management.
• Advise employees on optimal use of program benefits, payroll, and expatriate compensation.
• Deliver language and cross‑cultural training as required.
• Maintain continuous communication with assignees and clients throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Identify growth opportunities and support account management initiatives.
• Participate in special projects, client presentations, and supplier training.
