Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to craft and deliver high‑impact employee communications. The role blends storytelling with strategic thinking to translate business priorities into clear, engaging narratives that reinforce culture and drive action across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute internal communication strategies and campaigns that inform, engage and inspire employees.
• Translate complex business and HR initiatives into clear, employee‑friendly messages.
• Create content for newsletters, intranet articles, emails, leadership decks, presentations, and both virtual and in‑person events.
• Maintain consistent tone, messaging and brand voice across all internal touchpoints.
• Partner with HR, leadership and cross‑functional teams to support culture‑building, change initiatives and key programs.
• Act as a trusted communication advisor, recommending optimal channels, formats and messaging.
• Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality and alignment with business goals.
• Stay curious and quickly adopt new tools, platforms and communication technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or employee engagement.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities with a focus on clarity and impact.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and comfort working with teams at all levels.
