Internal Auditor – AI Expertise

About the role

BSH is looking for a highly skilled Internal Auditor with a focus on AI, IT and cybersecurity. You will join a diverse audit team and help shape the digital roadmap of the department while providing assurance and strategic advice to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits and advisory assignments in critical IT, AI and cybersecurity areas.
• Serve as the conceptual visionary for digitalisation, defining and driving the audit department’s digital roadmap.
• Own end‑to‑end digital initiatives, turning innovative ideas into real‑world value.
• Master and champion cutting‑edge technologies such as GenAI, Agentic AI and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Inspire and guide colleagues to translate concepts into effective AI use cases.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 5 years of experience in digitalisation, business or auditing.
• Deep understanding of digitalisation, prompting and agentic AI, with a strong ambition to achieve tangible impact.
• Change‑driven mindset, comfortable with rapid iteration and learning.
• Proven ability to convert concepts into actionable roadmaps and practical use cases.
• Willingness to travel internationally (30‑40 % of working time).
