About the role
We are seeking an Internal Audit Executive to join a Chartered Accountant firm located on Ring Road, Surat. This full‑time position works from the office and requires a solid foundation in accounting, auditing standards, and Indian tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments.
- Review financial records and ensure compliance with TDS, TCS, GST, and Income Tax laws.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Support the audit team in maintaining documentation and follow‑up actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, CA, Inter CA, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of legal compliances such as TDS/TCS, GST, and Income Tax.
- Decent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Prior experience in legal or accounts functions is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
