Accountant / Senior Accountant – Immediate Joiner in Surat

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Accountant (or Senior Accountant) to join our team in Surat immediately. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting activities including purchase and sales entries.
• Maintain accounts using Tally software.
• Prepare and manage purchase bills, sales invoices, vouchers and related documentation.
• Maintain stock/inventory records with proper inward and outward entries.
• Verify purchase bills, invoices and supporting documents.
• Manage supplier and vendor accounts and related paperwork.
• Perform bank reconciliations and keep accurate records.
• Prepare regular accounting and stock‑related reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely entries.

Required profile

• B.Com or M.Com preferred; CA candidates may apply for Senior Accountant.
• Relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Candidates must reside in Surat and be available for immediate joining.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
