Intelligent Automation Engineer (RPA, GenAI, Agentic AI)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to design, develop and support enterprise‑wide automation solutions. You will work with RPA, chatbots, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Python and low‑code platforms to deliver innovative, AI‑powered processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Intelligent Automation solutions across the full automation lifecycle.
• Build AI‑driven bots using Automation Anywhere, Python, Azure OpenAI and related services.
• Integrate automation with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and cloud services.
• Monitor production bots, troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide production support, create technical documentation and follow best development practices.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge and continuously adopt new automation and AI technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with Intelligent Automation technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
