Integration Consultant – A2A & B2B (SAP & Axway)

About the role

As an Integration Consultant you will design and deliver end‑to‑end A2A and B2B integration scenarios for a global portfolio of SAP and non‑SAP systems. You will work with cutting‑edge middleware technologies to enable seamless data exchange across cloud, on‑premise and IoT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex integration requirements and create architecture for A2A and B2B flows.
• Develop, configure and maintain iFlows, adapters and mapping rules in SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO and Axway B2B/EDI platforms.
• Integrate cloud services such as SAP, Salesforce, Azure and AWS with legacy ERP and IoT solutions.
• Manage partner onboarding, transaction setup and secure communication protocols (AS2, OFTP2, SFTP).
• Define and continuously improve EDI compliance standards, partner specifications and operational checklists.
• Provide escalation‑level support and troubleshoot high‑impact integration incidents.
• Evaluate emerging integration technologies and drive knowledge transfer within the team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MCA, BE, B‑Tech) or equivalent engineering qualification.
• 7‑10 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise middleware, preferably in SAP and B2B environments.
• Proven track record of full‑lifecycle integration projects covering design, development, testing and production support.

Required skills

• SAP CPI (Integration Suite) and Advanced Event Mesh.
• SAP Process Orchestration (PI/PO) and SAP ECC/S/4HANA/C/4HANA.
• Axway B2B/EDI translation engines.
• Standard adapters: SFTP, IDOC, RFC, SOAP, REST, JMS, JDBC.
• B2B protocols: AS2, OFTP2, HTTPS.
• Cloud platforms: Salesforce, Azure, AWS.
• Security concepts: SSL, PGP encryption, certificate management.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
