About the role
We are looking for an Insurance Associate to support the Aster MIMS Kannur facility. The position involves handling insurance‑related tasks for patients, ensuring smooth processing and high levels of satisfaction. The role is based on‑site in Kannur, Kerala.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by responding promptly to patient inquiries and providing clear information about insurance processes.
- Manage ESI and other insurance patient processes, including verification of eligibility, collection of necessary documents, and assistance with claim submissions.
- Prepare, update, and file patient records and documentation accurately, ensuring that all information is complete and organized.
- Handle record preparation tasks that support clinical and administrative workflows, guaranteeing that required paperwork is ready for use.
