Instructor for Nursing Staff in Kochi

About the role

You will prepare participants for work in German hospitals by delivering clinically relevant knowledge that aligns with the German medical licensing process and the Kenntnisprüfung. The role focuses on building the competencies needed for safe and effective practice within the German healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct specialist classes that meet German nursing recognition requirements.
• Teach nursing and medical content according to German standards.
• Prepare participants for both practical and theoretical examination components.
• Explain course material within the context of the German healthcare system.
• Support participants with subject‑related questions and learning processes.
• Collaborate with the project team and other instructors.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in medicine or medical education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and educating nursing staff.
• Excellent German and English language skills (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of the German healthcare system.
• Previous work experience as a nurse or healthcare worker in a German hospital or clinic.
• Currently based in Kochi.
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
• Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer.

Required skills
