Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver intellectually rigorous lessons that meet the National Curriculum for England and local requirements.
• Integrate locally mandated subjects with cultural sensitivity and purpose.
• Personalise instruction to address each learner’s needs, interests, and abilities.
• Incorporate educational technology to enhance creativity and digital fluency.
• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies.
• Adapt approaches to support inclusive access for diverse learners, including those needing additional support or enrichment.

Required profile

• Passionate about teaching young learners and committed to continuous improvement.
• Willingness to undergo rigorous child‑protection screening, including police clearances for all countries of residence.
• Ability to create a nurturing yet aspirational classroom environment.
