Inside Sales Representative – Education Solutions

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will expand Accenture LearnVantage's presence across K‑12 schools and the broader education ecosystem. You will identify, develop, and manage strategic institutional partnerships to drive new business acquisition and sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute field outreach activities such as school visits, events, seminars, workshops, and education fairs to generate leads and enhance market presence.
• Identify and acquire K‑12 schools, educational institutions, coaching centers, and other education partners within the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with principals, school heads, trustees, and academic leaders to create long‑term institutional partnerships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant learning, skilling, and solution offerings through presentations and demonstrations.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, follow‑ups, demos, proposals, negotiations, closures, and account management.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing, academics, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation.
• Track sales pipeline, revenue performance, forecasts, and customer engagement activities using CRM systems and regular reporting.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B/B2C sales experience.
• 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to high‑school completion).
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public‑speaking skills.
