Inside Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Skyy Rider Electric. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and converting opportunities into business while ensuring a professional and customer‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and prospects, ensuring excellent communication and follow‑up.
• Draft and send professional cold emails, proposals, and business communication.
• Convert leads into successful business opportunities through effective persuasion and relationship management.
• Prepare business presentations, reports, and proposals using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
• Maintain and update client databases and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and maintain competitor knowledge.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversions and business growth.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers and candidates looking to restart their career can also apply.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi is mandatory.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a result‑oriented mindset.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Cold emailing and professional email writing.
