About the role
Vin Industries, a leading manufacturer and distributor of additives for the plastics, rubber, FRP, cable and injection molding sectors, is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation and support its growing customer base across India.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through online research, inbound enquiries and existing databases.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products from the company’s portfolio.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits, sample dispatches and product trials when needed.
- Follow up with customers on dispatched samples and pending trials to ensure satisfaction and conversion.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of prior inside sales experience.
- Fluent in Tamil (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
