Infrastructure Program Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Program Manager will lead complex, multi‑project infrastructure programs across data center migrations, cloud transformations, telecom upgrades and security initiatives. You will ensure alignment across stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and drive timely delivery of secure, scalable solutions that support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end infrastructure programs, defining roadmaps, budgets, timelines and resource allocations across multiple workstreams.
• Utilize AI‑driven tools for risk forecasting, timeline prediction, status reporting and scenario modeling.
• Provide technical oversight for Zero Trust, firewalls, Microsoft Azure, endpoint security and telecom infrastructure projects.
• Establish program governance frameworks (RAID, change control, financial tracking) and drive automation using JIRA and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Serve as primary liaison for internal stakeholders, vendors and cross‑functional teams, ensuring executive visibility and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure project management experience, including 3+ years in program management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong expertise in risk management, dependency tracking and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Zero Trust technologies, firewalls, Microsoft Azure, endpoint security, telecom infrastructure.
• Cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• AI‑enabled project management tools (e.g., Jira AI, Copilot, Power BI predictive analytics).
• JIRA, Service Management platforms, JAMF, FortiGate, Microsoft 365.
• ITIL 4, PMP (certifications preferred).
