Infrastructure Engineer (AI & Cloud Infra)

About the role

Reveleer is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to lead the next generation of IT infrastructure that blends automation, AI‑powered tooling, and modern API integrations. The role focuses on reliability, security, and reducing manual workload through intelligent automation in a hybrid cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer macOS, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server environments, emphasizing automated tooling.
• Manage Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Azure AD Domain Services, including group policy and access control.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and endpoint management via Intune.
• Maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, hybrid connectivity, and PaaS workloads.
• Troubleshoot hybrid networking components such as VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs while ensuring HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST compliance.
• Build automated monitoring pipelines, self‑healing runbooks, and AI‑assisted incident response workflows.
• Design and deploy AI‑driven automation for ticket triage, access provisioning, patch scheduling, and system health alerting.
• Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL API integrations, MCP‑based services, and automation libraries in Python and PowerShell.
• Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues, collaborate with DevOps and security teams, and contribute to disaster‑recovery planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of systems engineering or administration experience in complex hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience implementing AI or LLM‑powered workflows in IT operations.
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI agent integration.
• Demonstrated experience in a regulated healthcare IT setting (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST).
