Information System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage and optimise enterprise IT infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments in Ahmedabad. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance and security of Linux servers, virtualised platforms and network services while supporting business‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and administer Linux servers (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and perform performance tuning and log analysis.
• Manage VMware virtualization infrastructure, including vMotion, DRS, HA, OVA deployments and overall platform health.
• Deploy, configure and maintain cloud services on AWS, Azure and GCP (minimum two platforms).
• Implement and support cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, DLP, MDM, firewalls and SIEM.
• Monitor network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, IDS/IPS) using tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, InfluxDB or Kibana.
• Administer enterprise applications including SQL Server, Apache Tomcat and Microsoft IIS.
• Handle SSL certificate installation, renewal and configuration.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for infrastructure operations, troubleshooting complex incidents and providing root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in enterprise IT operations.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude with a security‑first mindset.
• Proven ability to support, maintain and troubleshoot complex server, virtualization and network environments.
